Client-side Ignore Tutorial

Some users have had problems in the past that came from not being familiar with the granularity of their IRC client's Ignore command. Some clients will ignore private messages and CTCP by default, but /INVITE is still allowed through and shown to the user. This short tutorial is here to point out how you ignore all invites on a few, different clients. Some clients lack an /ignore command and in those cases, you are encouraged to find a client that has one. You are also encouraged to consult your client's documentation and the web for more details.
